Once the payment has been made towards the publication of an article, authors are eligible to request a refund within one (1) day from the date of final manuscript submission.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@resaim.com. Requests received after the one-day period will not be considered, as the publication process would have already commenced.
Upon approval of a valid refund request, the refund will be processed within three (3) to five (5) working days. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
